Our summer sponsorship activation campaign with McEwan Fraser Legal has been big. Very big!
At three of the clubs sponsored by the solicitors and estate agents, we helped develop a simple concept to support of new season kit launches, and created a dream opportunity for 300 children.
The #BiggestHomeGame saw Dundee, Inverness and Dundee United's first teams take on a match against 100 kids - all at once!
Participants had received a Golden Ticket for being one of the first (100) to have the new home kit (away, in the case of Dundee) bought for them.
At each event, we captured images and created some hilarious (if we do say so ourselves) filmed content.
In particular John Robertson's interview after his Caley Thistle side lost 20-5 to the kids, was scathing in his criticism in an interview now seen half a million times!
The campaign secured coverage across newspapers, TV and digital media outlets with channels such as The Bleacher Report, Match of the Day Magazine, SPORF, and Who Ate All the Pies covering the "action" as well as The Scotsman, The Courier, Inverness Courier and even Business Insider magazine!
Social media reaction to the campaign was extraordinary with thousands of retweets, engagements and new follows across McEwan Fraser Legal's club-specific football accounts.
The strategy underpinning Biggest Home Game, follows the first year of our work with McEwan Fraser Legal in which sponsorship activation has focused on the support the Edinburgh-based firm is providing to supporters, which sits within its brand value to, "think differently."
