We’re really proud to have played our part in the first SAMH Stomp, Scotland’s first stadium stair climbing challenge, which took place at BT Murrayfield on Saturday (7 October).
Electrify provided event consultancy, marketing, brand, and communications support since the Stomp was conceived, nearly two years ago.
SAMH Stomp challenges participants to take on one of two courses, of either 4,200 stairs or the “Extreme” route with over 7,400 stairs.
Hundreds participated in the first event, and in doing so thousands of pounds was raised for Scotland’s mental health.

“I remember the first planning meeting we had with SAMH’s fundraising team, brainstorming ideas, debating approaches, and considering risk versus reward,". As a team, SAMH has come a long way since then, putting the Stomp brand’s building blocks in place, creating awareness and response, and then delivering a tremendous first event with enormous potential for growth.
